Company

Hardware should move as fast as software.

Tensol builds AI agents that keep requirements, designs and tests in step, so the teams building aircraft, vehicles, robots and spacecraft can iterate without losing track of what still holds.

Why we started

Software got fast. Hardware didn’t.

Software teams change a line of code and know in minutes what broke. Hardware teams change one requirement and spend weeks finding out.

Pratik saw this first-hand on pre-production vehicles at Rivian and across multiple programs at Magna International. Tensol gives hardware teams the loop software teams take for granted.

What we believe

Three ideas behind everything we build

  1. 01

    Iteration speed wins

Hardware programs burn money every day they stall. The team that learns fastest from each change is the team that ships first.

  2. 02

    Traceable from day one

Evidence shouldn’t be rebuilt the week before an audit. It should stay current as the work happens, so you’re ready whenever the review comes.

  3. 03

    Agents suggest, engineers decide

Our agents trace, flag and assemble the busywork. Suggestions, not verdicts: the engineering judgement stays with your team.

Pratik Satija

Ex-HIL and Systems Engineer at Rivian and Magna. Studied AI at Carnegie Mellon and Mechatronics Engineering at Virginia Tech.

Started Tensol after seeing how much faster software teams could iterate than the hardware teams around him, and how much of the gap came down to keeping requirements, designs and tests connected.
